These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mini Broker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Mini Broker helps real estate agents follow up with leads — capturing leads, sending automated and AI-assisted emails, scoring leads, and booking showings. Features and availability may change over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and, in particular, to:

Only contact leads you have a legitimate basis to contact, and honor unsubscribe requests.
Comply with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and the Fair Housing Act.
Not use the Service to send spam, harass, deceive, or discriminate.
Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You are responsible for the content of messages you send or approve. AI-generated drafts are suggestions; you are responsible for reviewing them before they are sent.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (such as Google, Supabase, Anthropic, Resend, and Postmark). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular results, deliverability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mini Broker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
