Mini Broker ("Mini Broker," "we," "us") provides an AI-assisted lead follow-up tool for real estate agents and brokers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Mini Broker you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account.
Lead and communication data. Information about the leads you manage — names, email addresses, phone numbers, property interests, and the contents of emails sent to or from those leads through the service.
Google account data (only if you connect Google Calendar). With your explicit permission, we access your Google Calendar to read your free/busy availability and to create calendar events for the showings you choose to book.
Usage data. Basic technical and log data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

To capture, organize, and follow up with your leads on your behalf.
To draft and send emails that you send or approve.
To qualify and score leads so you can prioritize the most promising ones.
To read your calendar availability and create showing events when you book them.
To operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Use of Google user data

Mini Broker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access your Google Calendar to provide the scheduling features you request (checking availability and creating events). We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except where necessary for security, to comply with law, or with your consent.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Mini Broker:

Supabase — database and authentication.
Anthropic (Claude) — to generate follow-up messages and extract lead details.
Resend — to deliver outbound email.
Postmark — to receive forwarded lead emails and replies.
Google — to provide calendar scheduling (only if you connect it).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual leads at any time, disconnect Google Calendar to revoke our access, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.

Security

We protect data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and per-account data isolation (row-level security). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Your choices

Disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your account or your Google account settings.
Unsubscribe links are included on automated emails to leads.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children

Mini Broker is for business use by real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
